Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities in education settings.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team.
• Advocacy for inclusive practices and disability awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student schedules, course audit plans, and academic modifications with faculty and Accessibility Services.
• Support program within campus community, including academic departments and student life.
• Manage program resources, expenses and materials; monitor progress and documentation.
• Provide individualized support and planning for students.
• Coordinate access to academic supports such as assistive technology and tutoring.
• Lead workshops on soft skills, job readiness, independent living, and campus navigation.
• Coordinate iCAP activities, internships, and on-campus work experiences aligned with goals.
• Maintain communication with local businesses and community organizations to expand opportunities.
• Represent the program at community events and campus initiatives; mentor peers.
