Job summary

Kennesaw State University seeks a Program Coordinator for CARE Services on the Kennesaw campus to lead the ASCEND Program for at-risk students. You will coordinate recruitment, intervention plans, and connections to support services, guiding staff and students toward academic success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field.
  • One year of work experience related to the position.
  • Master's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience planning/coordinating events for students and supervising student staff is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, plans, and coordinates program implementation and events to achieve goals.
  • Oversees day-to-day operations of assigned programs and/or departments.
  • Acts as liaison with internal and external clients regarding program activities.
  • Provides guidance and support to clients within the program focus area.
  • Assists with budgeting and forecasting for the program; may manage PCard.
