Job summary

Role requires in-person support during office hours, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with occasional evenings/weekends. Strong communications and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources, or related field from an accredited institution of higher education.
• At least two years of professional work experience that includes recruiting or career development for corporate functions.
• Experience with resume writing, interviewing and job search skills.
• Experience with web-based resources, spreadsheet and presentation software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Learning Management Systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, coaching, and education to Walton students through consulting and collaboration with employers.
• Manage a portfolio of undergraduate and graduate students and track outcomes.
• Develop strategies to grow opportunities for students across diverse industries and locations.
