Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Experience advising, coaching, or mentoring college students or emerging professionals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to coach professional communication (resumes, cover letters, interviewing).
• Experience delivering presentations, workshops, or educational programming.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group career advising to undergraduate business students.
• Help students explore career options and develop job and internship search strategies.
• Design and deliver innovative, business-focused programming to reinforce career course content.
• Collaborate with employer relations managers to align advising and programming with labor market needs.
• Lead initiatives to enhance career readiness and connect students with employers and alumni.
