Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or equivalent experience in related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but substitute experience as allowed.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing student account balances, payment arrangements, and outstanding financial obligations.
• Communicating with students about their financial responsibilities and assisting with payment plans.
• Monitoring payment plans and conducting follow-up on delinquent or missed payments.
• Supporting collection efforts for balances of withdrawn, canceled, or graduated students.
• Maintaining accurate student account records and documentation (payments, adjustments, refunds, collections).
• Operating the campus bookstore and coordinating distribution of uniforms and course materials.
