Responsibilities

• Manage student account balances and payment arrangements.

• Monitor payment plans and follow up on delinquent payments.
• Support collection efforts for outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate student account records including payments and adjustments.
• Operate bookstore operations including sizing uniforms and distributing courseware.
• Process retail merchandise sales and manage inventory and cash drawer.
• Collaborate with Financial Services, Admissions, Academic, Faculty, and Management teams.
