• Experience in student accounts, accounts receivable, billing and related financial operations.
• Ability to interpret charges, aid postings, and payment options for students and families.
• Knowledge of privacy, tax reporting and payment requirements for student accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee student billing, posting of charges and credits, statements, and due dates.
• Manage payments, plans, refunds, reconciliation, and aging reports.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid, Registrar, Admissions, and Student Life to resolve issues.
• Prepare reports and assist with audits, ensuring proper cash handling and controls.
