Job summary

ADAMS AND ASSOCIATES INC in Edinburgh, IN is seeking a full-time Career Preparation Program Instructor to provide instruction and guidance to Job Corps students, develop individual achievement plans, and monitor progress to ensure retention and success.

You will supervise classrooms, ensure safety and compliance, document performance, coordinate pre-arrival activities, and support students through counseling and transition readiness to the next program stage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; a degree is preferred.
• Experience with group facilitation, teaching or Job Corps is preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license and insurability as required by the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and training to students in the Career Preparation Program and develop achievement plans.
• Supervise Job Corps students in assigned classrooms and evaluate progress.
• Maintain records and ensure data integrity per guidelines.
• Support student readiness for transition to CDP and provide counseling.
