Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of athletic events; oversee student staff.
• Support game-day operations including ticketing, crowd management, concessions, and hospitality.
• Lead point of contact for student staff during events and mentor others.
• Maintain records related to event staffing, equipment, and facility use as requested.
• Attend required staff meetings and trainings; ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
