AIM Academy is seeking a highly organized College Athletic Recruiting Specialist to guide student-athletes and families through the college recruitment journey, working closely with the College Counseling Department, coaches, and the Athletics Department.

The ideal candidate blends administrative precision with coaching-like relationship building and a student-centered approach to help students prepare profiles, contact coaches, and meet recruitment deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with recruiting profiles, highlight film, stats, schedules, questionnaires, and other recruiting materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with college coaches, recruiters, and athletic directors.
• Be a proactive advocate for our students, leveraging networks to support college goals.
• Understand AIM students' profiles and processes, providing guidance.
• Speak regularly with AIM coaches and club/AAU coaches to facilitate college communication.
• Ensure recruitment deadlines align with the counseling timeline and provide follow-up.
• Identify appropriate camps, showcases, ID clinics, and other recruiting opportunities.
