Job summary

The Athletics Counsellor at Crimson Global Academy guides Grades 6–12 student-athletes and families through the collegiate recruitment journey, combining one-on-one advising with scalable curriculum development to maximise opportunities while keeping academics strong.

You will design workshops, help compile university lists and build relationships with collegiate coaches and athletics partners, shaping a global online programme for student-athletes worldwide.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of NCAA recruitment and eligibility requirements.
• Experience supporting student-athletes or families through the recruitment process.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience designing educational programmes, workshops or curriculum.
• Highly organised with strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on NCAA recruitment, eligibility and collegiate athletic pathways.
• Develop recruitment roadmaps and advise on university selection.
• Design and deliver a structured curriculum for Grades 6–12.
• Create workshops and educational resources that scale beyond one-to-one advising.
• Assess recruitment readiness and benchmark prospects with coaches and external athletics partners.
