Responsibilities

• Respond professionally and graciously to guests, faculty, staff, and students seeking information or meetings with the provost office.
• Assist in administrative tasks.
• Help maintain the infrastructure and environment of the academic wing.
• Follow FERPA policies and keep student grades confidential.
• Be direct and kind with students and maintain good interpersonal communication.
