Del Mar College's MAS Program is seeking a Student Assistant - Mexican-American Studies - Program Clerk Pool to provide clerical support in the Arts & Sciences Dean’s office. You will greet customers, answer phones, and help coordinate visitors and events.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors.
• Answer phones and take messages.
• Refer visitors and callers to appropriate department and/or person.
• Provide basic information to faculty, staff, students and the general public.
• Maintain records of appointments and daily log.
• Data entry.
• Receive and distribute mail.
• Maintain files of documents.
• Scanning, photocopying and preparing of materials as directed.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Assist Program Coordinator with MAS Program Events.
