Rutgers School of Health Professions (SHP) is seeking a Student Assistant to work in the Rehabilitation & Movement Science Department.


The Student Assistant will assist faculty with classroom instruction, records, and assignments. The Student Assistant will also lead discussion sections, meet with students during office hours, and conduct conferences with students individually or in small groups. Additionally, the Student Assistant will assist in organizing and maintaining equipment and materials needed for courses.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:



  • Assists faculty with classroom instruction, records, and assignments.

  • Leads discussion sections, meeting with students during office hours, conferencing with students individually or in small groups.

  • Organizes and maintains the equipment and materials needed for courses.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Understands and adheres to Rutgers' compliance standards as they appear in RBHS's Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
