Posting Summary

Rutgers School of Health Professions ( SHP ) is seeking a Student Assistant to work in the Rehabilitation and Movement Department.

In this role, the Student Assistant will assist during communication sessions involving Speech-Language Pathology students and Spanish Portuguese-speaking adults at a community program by performing consecutive interpretation and translation of printed information.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Maintain records.
  • Organize equipment and materials.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Understand and adhere to Rutgers’ compliance standards as they appear in RBHS’s Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
