Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Student Analyst to gain hands-on clinical training toward BCBA/BCaBA certification. This role provides supervision, mentorship, and a clear development path through the BCBA Rise program, with exposure across clinic, home, and community settings.

Ideal candidates have a BCBA/BCaBA pathway in progress, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience with ABA therapy. The position emphasizes data-driven practice, client dignity, and collaborative teamwork within a supportive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Active enrollment in a BCBA or BCaBA program and working toward BACB certification.
• Experience with children/adolescents using ABA therapies is expected.
• Solid understanding of autism spectrum disorders and behavioral principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community environments.
• Implement behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Utilize ABA strategies (DTT, NET, prompting, reinforcement).
• Collect accurate, timely data during therapy sessions.
• Review weekly treatment hours to meet expectations and 85% of authorized services.
• Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety.
• Collaborate with technicians and caregivers to support service delivery.
• Develop programs and targets; prepare materials and adjustments as directed.
• Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavior analysis.
