Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Rockford, IL, is seeking a Student Analyst II to provide ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community settings. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and support BCBA supervision while pursuing BACB certification.

This entry‑level role offers hands‑on clinical training, mentorship, and growth within a supportive team. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and be enrolled in a BCBA/BCaBA program; RBT certification must be obtained within 75 days

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and active enrollment in BCBA/BCaBA program.
Must obtain RBT certification within 75 days of hire (45 days on model).
Experience with ABA therapies and working with children/adolescents.

Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community.
Implement BSPs and skill programs under BCBA supervision.
Collect accurate data during therapy sessions.
Monitor treatment hours and ensure at least 85% of services delivered.
Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times.
Collaborate with technicians and caregivers for effective service delivery.
Develop programs, prepare materials, and adjust procedures as directed.
Assist with FBAs and inform future treatment goals.
