Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Student Analyst to gain meaningful clinical experience while working toward BCBA or BCaBA certification. The role offers supervision, mentorship, and a clear development path through our Rise program.

The position focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy across various environments, implementing BSPs, and collecting reliable data to inform treatment decisions under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Active enrollment in a BCBA or BCaBA program and working toward BACB certification.
• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or obtain RBT certification within 75 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community environments.
• Implement behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs under supervision.
• Utilize evidence-based ABA strategies including DTT, NET, task analysis, prompting, and reinforcement.
