Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Student Analyst I to gain hands-on ABA clinical experience while pursuing BACB certification. You will work under BCBA supervision in diverse settings to support children on the autism spectrum.

The role emphasizes data-driven treatment, participation in program development, collaboration with therapists and families, and professional growth through our Rise program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and enrollment in BCBA/BCaBA program
• RBT certification within 75 days of hire (45 days on model)
• Experience with ABA therapies and autism spectrum disorders

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community
• Collect accurate data during therapy sessions
• Assist with FBA (Functional Behavior Assessments)
• Analyze data to inform treatment goals
• Collaborate with clinicians and caregivers to support service delivery
