Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Student Analyst II to support ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role offers hands-on clinical training and a clear development path through our BCBA Rise program.

You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community, collect data, and assist with assessments while collaborating with caregivers and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Active enrollment in a BCBA/BCaBA program toward BACB certification.
• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or obtain RBT within 75 days of hire.
• Experience with ABA therapies for children/adolescents.
• Strong understanding of autism and behavior modification strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community.
• Implement BSPs and skill acquisition programs under supervision.
• Collect accurate data during therapy sessions and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers and staff to support clinical delivery.
