Job summary

Caravel Autism Health seeks a Student Analyst to provide high‑quality ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community settings. You will implement BSPs, collect data, and work under BCBA supervision to support target development and program adjustments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Active enrollment in a BCBA or BCaBA program and working toward BACB certification.
• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or obtain RBT certification within 75 days of hire.
• Experience with children/adolescents using ABA therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community environments.
• Implement behavior support plans (BSPs) and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize evidence‑based ABA strategies and data collection during therapy sessions.
• Review weekly treatment hours to ensure at least 85% of authorized services are delivered.
• Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times.
• Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and caregivers to support service delivery.
• Develop programs, advance targets, and implement procedural adjustments as directed.
• Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and data‑driven recommendations.
