Caravel Autism Health in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Student Analyst II to gain hands-on clinical training in ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role offers mentorship, a clear development path through the BCBA Rise program, and exposure to diverse settings including clinic, home, and school.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and active enrollment in a BCBA/BCaBA program, with RBT certification within 75 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Active enrollment in a BCBA or BCaBA program and working toward BACB certification
• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or obtain RBT certification within 75 days of hire
• Experience working with children/adolescents using ABA therapies
• Solid understanding of autism spectrum disorders and behavioral principles
• Experience applying behavior-analytic strategies to modify behavior

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community environments
• Implement behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA
• Utilize evidence-based ABA strategies including DTT, NET, task analysis, prompting, and reinforcement
• Collect accurate, timely, and reliable data during therapy sessions
• Review and monitor weekly treatment hours to ensure therapy expectations and compliance requirements are met
• Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times
• Contribute to client-specific treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collaborate with technicians, supervisory teammates, and caregivers to support service delivery
• Develop programs, advance targets, prepare materials, implement adjustments as directed
• Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Support assessments and inform future treatment goals
• Analyze behavioral data and assist with data-driven clinical recommendations
