• Demonstrates basic clerical duties including data entry, sorting and research.
• Assist staff with social media content, Alumni Association cards, file maintenance and scheduling.
• Maintain professional correspondence with university constituents.
• Assist with events including on-site setup, greeting and RSVP recording.
• Attend alumni department monthly meetings.
