Job summary

CSU Stanislaus seeks a Temporary hourly-intermittent Work Study student assistant in Alumni Relations. Position available Aug 24, 2026 to May 31, 2027.

Responsibilities include data entry, sorting and research, assisting staff with social media content, digital Alumni Association cards, file maintenance, document preparation and scheduling; maintain professional correspondence with university constituents; assist with on-site event support and attend monthly meetings.

Qualifications

• Undergrad students must be registered in a minimum of six Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year.

Responsibilities

• Data entry, sorting and research tasks.
• Assist staff with social media content and Alumni cards; file maintenance and scheduling.
• Maintain professional correspondence with university constituents.
• Provide on-site support at events; greet attendees and record RSVPs.
• Attend alumni department monthly meetings.
