Job summary

CSU Stanislaus is seeking a temporary Student Assistant under the Federal Work Study program to support the University Honors Program in Stanislaus - Turlock. The role is an hourly, intermittent student position with multiple duties across events, records, and outreach.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates must be enrolled in a minimum of six Fall/Spring units.
• Applicant must have received and accepted a Financial Aid award for the current term.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support for the University Honors Program.
• Assist with preparing materials for Honors events, workshops, orientations, and student activities.
• Help with event setup, check-in, cleanup, and other event-related tasks; create and update flyers, signs, and presentations.
• Assist with maintaining student records, spreadsheets, and program files.
• Support outreach and communication with Honors students and prospective students.
• Help organize the Honors Program office and shared student spaces; basic data entry.
