Responsibilities

• Assist with registration and enrollment for new students.
• Support during student orientation to set up success.
• Act as a case manager to monitor attendance and engagement.
• Conduct outreach to re-engage students and identify barriers to attendance.
• Contribute to recruitment efforts to attract new students.
• Provide academic and non‑academic support aligned with learning pathways.
• Assist in coordinating home visits and local travel when needed.
• Participate in academy meetings and community events.
• Offer advocacy and connect students to appropriate services.
