Job summary

Motlow State Community College in Smyrna seeks a Program Manager for the Student Resource and Advocacy Center. This role leads a comprehensive support system to promote student success, well-being and equitable access to resources.

You will oversee case management, advocate for student needs, collaborate with campus and community partners, and help remove barriers to achievement. Manage budgets, monitor outcomes, and support crisis planning as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution and at least three years of higher education experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Student Advocacy and Resource initiatives and retention programs.
• Develop policies to support students facing food, housing, financial or mental health challenges.
• Advocate for students and coordinate access to resources and accommodations.
• Oversee case management and referrals to campus/community resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in crisis planning as needed.
• Establish partnerships with campus departments and external organizations.
