Job summary

Pima Medical Institute is seeking an Admissions Support Center Specialist to join our on-site Mesa, AZ team. This role focuses on empathetic student engagement, guiding prospective students toward their educational goals, and removing barriers to enrollment.

You will serve as the friendly voice, answer inquiries, schedule visits with Admissions Representatives, and help maintain accurate lead records. The position includes ESOP ownership and extensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in call center, administrative or customer service roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a patient, customer-centric approach.
• Experience with lead management systems or CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and place outgoing calls to engage prospective students and families, scheduling appointments with Admissions Representatives.
• Provide accurate information on programs, policies and admissions processes, rescheduling when needed.
• Contact no-shows to encourage rescheduling and distribute program information.
• Maintain campus admissions calendars and track leads and interactions; collaborate with call center peers to improve service.
