Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 2–3 years in consultative sales, admissions, recruitment, or high-volume CRM environments.
• Technical: Familiar with CRM databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and multi-line phone systems.
• Regulatory: Knowledge of Title IV/DOE and state admissions compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach with high-volume inbound/outbound communication to prospective students.
• Conduct admissions interviews to assess goals and program fit.
• Guide applicants through enrollment, campus tours, and financial aid scheduling.
• Aim to meet or exceed campus enrollment, conversion, and start metrics.
