Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 2–3 years in consultative sales, admissions, recruitment, or high-volume CRM.
• Communication: Strong active listening and persuasive communication.
• Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with Title IV/DOE and state admissions regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach with prospective students via calls, emails, texts.
• Conduct admissions interviews to assess fit and address concerns.
• Guide applicants through enrollment, campus tours, testing, documentation, and financial aid scheduling.
• Monitor enrollment metrics and maintain CRM records for all interactions.
• Meet or exceed campus enrollment, conversion, and student start targets.
