Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: At least two years of recruitment or staffing experience.
• Education: Associate degree preferred, High school Diploma required.
• Technical Skills: Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and video-conferencing tools.
• Equivalency: Any equivalent combination of training, education, or experience that meets the minimum qualifications will be considered.

• Externship & Employment Placement: Market Development, Student Matchmaking, Placement Coordination, Clinical Monitoring, Career Coaching, Graduate Support.
• Administrative & Compliance: Documentation Audit, Data Integrity, Reporting, Institutional Governance.
