Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Associate’s degree in a related area preferred.
• Experience with CampusVue and Velocify software is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound telephone calls, text, and emails; respond promptly to inquiries.
• Share information with prospective students following Ancora Education's guidelines and accreditation requirements.
• Schedule campus visits, conduct tours, and facilitate registrations.
• Follow up with new students to ensure smooth transition to active enrollment.
• Collaborate with team to achieve enrollment goals and participate in orientation activities.
