Qualifications

• FERPA regulations experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication; leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; cash management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office webpages and AI-enabled services.
• Ensure student communications meet timelines.
• Perform reconciliations: daily cashiering, audits, cycle closings.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and support decisions.
• Develop and document department policies and procedures.
• Maintain student information system; integrate services with other units.
• Maintain third-party payment systems.
• Support data-driven decision making with reporting.
