Job summary

LIM College, located in midtown Manhattan, seeks a Director of Student Accounts to lead tuition billing, collections, and AR strategy for undergraduate and graduate programs. You will supervise Student Accounts Advisors and ensure accurate, compliant processing aligned with institutional goals.

The role requires strong experience in higher education, ERP systems, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on customer service and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with higher education student accounts operations.
• Familiarity with federal/state financial aid and accounting policies including VA benefits and TILA.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Student Accounts Advisors with focus on customer service and staff development.
• Serve as the College Bursar and oversee an Accounts Receivable strategy.
• Manage tuition and fee revenue collection for all programs and vendor relationships.
• Oversee Form 1098-T preparation and annual compliance with IRS guidelines.
• Maintain tuition/fee rate tables and provide KPI data to leadership.
