Job summary

Shorelight in Boston is seeking a Student Accounts Specialist to manage student account activities with accuracy and integrity. You will handle journal entries, reconciliations, and receivables analysis across NetSuite and Salesforce while supporting month-end close.

You'll collaborate with Campus Operations, Enrollment Services, and Recruitment, ensuring timely inquiries, refunds, and dispute resolutions, and contribute to process improvements and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field required.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations in NetSuite.
• Process student payments in Salesforce and reconcile balances with NetSuite.
• Review refund requests for eligibility and policy compliance.
• Provide timely customer service to Campus Operations and Enrollment Services.
• Support audit readiness and drive process improvements.
