Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Answer student account inquiries by phone and email, guiding customers to resolution.
• Reconcile SIS activity with Workday general ledger and prepare supporting documentation.
• Prepare and review student billing statements and post payments and adjustments.
• Collaborate on implementations of the new SIS and ensure data validation and testing.
• Support year-end reconciliations and audit requests.
