Houston Community College is seeking a detail-oriented cashier to support student accounts and financial services. You will accept payments, post vouchers and waivers, and ensure accuracy in line with college procedures.
You will also reconcile cashiering batches, handle deposits, and assist students with tuition and related services. Strong PC skills and familiarity with PeopleSoft and CashNet are preferred.

Assist with financial transactions in the assigned college which includes receipting and recording payments, posting third‑party tuition vouchers / Letters of Financial Guarantee, or Purchase Orders, and attaching waivers or exemptions on eligible student accounts. Assist with student accounts in connection with service indicators and its impact on the services that can be extended to the students.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
One (1) year experience in cashiering, preferably in a college or university business office.
