Qualifications

• Experience with Perkins Loan programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquent student accounts and ensure compliance with federal and institutional regulations.
• Coordinate placement with third-party collection agencies and state agencies.
• Maintain Perkins Loan portfolio and assignments to the U.S. Department of Education.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to students, parents, and agencies.
