Responsibilities

• Provide professional, timely assistance to students, parents, and staff by phone, email, and in person.
• Analyze student account information and explain billing, payment, refunds, and policies.
• Respond to inquiries using university systems like PeopleSoft, Cashnet, Flywire, and BankMobile.
• Prepare account statements, invoices, and related documentation.
• Serve as backup support for other customer service functions.
• Administer FLEX and Dining Dollars accounts and reconcile activity.
• Research discrepancies and process transfers and adjustments.
• Notify students regarding returned payments and account impacts.
