Responsibilities

Reviews and analyzes student accounts in Colleague ERP and communicates balances to students.
Performs cashiering, payment processing, daily reconciliation, and related accounting tasks.
Processes vendor and sponsorship billing and ensures accurate invoicing.
Records and posts transactions to ledgers in accordance with GAAP; prepares journal entries.
Reconciles accounts and session statements; prepares operating statements and reports.
Maintains complex and confidential documentation; analyzes data and generates reports.
