Job summary

Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) is seeking an Educational Assistant to provide individualized or group learning support to students enrolled in MATC programs. You will assist instructors with tutoring, makeup test proctoring, and coordinating learning resources in line with course objectives.

Responsibilities include managing tutoring spaces, assisting with software and classroom technologies, maintaining records, and collaborating with faculty to support student success.

Qualifications

• An associate's degree and two (2) years of experience.
• Knowledge of instructional procedures for tutoring programs and related services.
• Familiarity with instructional media and classroom support tools.

Responsibilities

• Fosters learning and study skill behaviors aligned with classroom instruction.
• Manages tutoring spaces, scheduling, and makeup test proctoring.
• Supports faculty in coordinating learning resources and student records.
