Responsibilities

• Assist students, student clubs and departments across campus at office service windows.
• Communicate regularly with students and departments in person, by phone and email.
• Sort incoming USPS and OSU mail for processing and posting; process returned mail.
• Prepare received payments for data entry/depositing; reconcile and balance accordingly.
• Record maintenance and administrative support: document filing, updating Excel reports and transaction logs.
• General office support; other duties as assigned.
