Job summary

The College of Southern Nevada Disability Resource Center is seeking dependable, student employees to support accessibility services and campus inclusion. Student Access Aides assist with accommodations, testing, technology, and front-desk tasks under guidance from DRC staff.

You will follow FERPA and ADA/504 guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate with faculty and students. The role offers part-time hours up to 20 per week, with an hourly rate of $14.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; current CSN enrollment meeting student-employment criteria.
• Demonstrated dependability, organization, attention to detail, and ability to follow strict procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate professionally with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Follow DRC procedures and seek guidance when unclear.
• Maintain accurate shift attendance and testing activity records.
• Strictly protect student records and confidential information per FERPA/ADA/504.
• Refer disability disclosures, medical documentation, complaints, or issues to DRC staff.
• Assist with front-desk tasks, forms, and general office duties.
