Qualifications

• Must be in good academic standing with GPA 2.5 or higher.
• Enrolled as a degree-seeking student with at least 6 credits this or upcoming semester.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to follow instructions, show initiative and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide information regarding ADA accommodations and create accommodation letters.
• Schedule exams in the DRC and proctor exams.
• Assist with data entry, scanning, filing, and related tasks.
• Greet visitors and provide reception duties; respond to phones and messages.
• Document all interactions in the case management system.
• Participate in trainings to develop knowledge and serve students with disabilities.
