Job summary

The College of Southern Nevada Disability Resource Center is seeking dependable student employees to support accessibility services on campus in West Charleston.

As a DRC Student Access Aide you will assist with academic access, testing, and office support under supervision, with training provided. This position offers up to 20 hours per week at $14.00/hour for CSN students who meet work-study requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current CSN enrollment meeting student-employment criteria.
• Dependability, organization, attention to detail, and ability to follow strict procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with professional, respectful communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow DRC procedures and seek guidance when unclear.
• Maintain accurate records of shift attendance, testing activity, or incidents.
• Protect confidentiality of student records and sensitive information per FERPA/ADA.
• Provide front-desk support and assist with forms and scheduling in AIM/MyCSN.
• Refer issues to professional DRC staff as needed.
