Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years as a Structures Representative.
• Current California PE license.
• Working knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and materials.
• Valid CA driver’s license.
• Solid written and verbal skills.
• Must pass WSP Motor Vehicle screening.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and inspecting plans and calculations for structural work on City, County, Caltrans and State projects.
• Responding to and resolving field construction issues.
• Conducting meetings between contractor, owner, utilities and project parties.
• Inspecting, documenting, and coordinating field tests of construction materials.
• Preparing constructability reviews and reports.
• Supervising field inspection and field office personnel.
