Job summary

Zachry Construction is seeking a Structures Foreman to lead and manage a crew responsible for constructing cast-in-place and prefabricated concrete structures on heavy civil projects. The Foreman will meet production goals, track material quantities, maintain cost control, and ensure safe, high-quality work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in heavy civil construction with focus on concrete structures.
• Proven supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of concrete types, rebar, forming systems, and finishing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct crew activities to meet production goals with safety and quality standards.
• Read blueprints and project specs to track progress and resolve material discrepancies.
• Supervise construction of foundations, columns, caps, decks, and flatwork.
