Job summary

Kwest Group is seeking a Foreman to lead on-site concrete operations, directing crews during forming, pouring, and finishing of concrete structures. You will ensure safe practices, train crew members, and manage equipment use to meet production goals.

The role requires flexibility for travel to various sites and strong supervision to maintain quality and safety standards across projects. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with prior experience in construction leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work out of town, sometimes out of state, for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations that form, pour, and finish concrete structures.
• Instruct crew on safe operation of equipment and adherence to procedures.
• Ensure daily reports and time/production tracking are completed.
• Travel to and between job sites as needed and supervise safety compliance.
