Job summary

The role requires strong safety discipline, blueprint interpretation, and daily reporting using HCSS Heavy Job. Travel may be required; pre-employment drug screening and out-of-town assignments are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade certificate preferred.
• Willing to travel out of town up to 3 weeks as needed.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Experience leading concrete form, pour, and finish operations.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret elevations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safe work practices.
• Instruct crew on forming, pouring, and finishing concrete structures.
• Operate and supervise heavy construction equipment safely.
• Track production and crew hours using HCSS Heavy Job.
• Prepare 2–3 week look-ahead plans and daily reports.
• Coordinate material ordering and logistics for site needs.
• Travel to multiple job sites as required.
• Maintain daily inspections and safety briefings.
