Job summary

Zachry Construction Corporation is seeking a Structures Foreman to lead a crew building cast-in-place and prefabricated concrete structures on heavy civil projects. You’ll drive production goals, track materials, and maintain cost control while ensuring high-quality, safe work on site.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of supervisory heavy civil experience, knowledge of concrete, forming systems, and finishing techniques, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in heavy civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of concrete types, rebar, forming systems, and finishing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct crew activities to meet production goals with safety and quality.
• Read blueprints, specs, and reports to track progress and resolve material discrepancies.
• Supervise construction of foundations, columns, decks, and flatwork.
• Direct forming, pouring, and finishing operations using EFCO, Doka, and wood forms.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and personnel to execute work plans.
• Train and mentor crew members on safe work practices and proper equipment use.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping, and logs.
• Enforce company safety policies and promote safety culture.
